each application year.

If I applied to AMCAS or AADSAS this year, do I need to submit a set
of transcripts for SMDEP?
Yes. SMDEP, AMCAS and AADSAS are separate entities. To avoid processing
conflicts, applicants must adhere to each program's guidelines.

I'm a freshman and have not received my grades yet, can I send in my
high school transcript?
No. SMDEP does not accept high school transcripts. If you are a freshman
in college and you have not received your first semester grades, please
allow time for grades to be established before sending your transcripts
to the National Program Office.
-
Although I have attended several colleges, all of my coursework appears
on my transcript from my primary college. Do I need to send transcripts
from all the colleges or just my primary college?
SMDEP requires a transcript from each institution you
have attended, regardless of transfer credits. This guarantees a complete
record of academic performance.

Can I forward my own copy of my transcript?
No. The SMDEP National Program Office must receive an official transcript
directly from the registrar's office. Please print a copy of the SMDEP Transcript
Matching Form on the SMDEP Web site, complete it, and forward it to your
school(s) registrar's office.
